Ceremonies & Rituals Process includes:
– Initial consultation
– Ceremony writing
– Revisions 
– Officiating on the day

Booking confirmed upon:
– Signed agreement
– Booking fee (e.g. 25–50%)

Remaining balance due:
– 12 weeks before ceremony

Client cancellation:
– Booking fee non-refundable
– Tiered refunds depending on notice period

Celebrant cancellation:
– Full refund
– Assistance finding replacement (if applicable)

Date changes allowed (subject to availability).

Fees for rescheduling will be discussed individually.

Limits on major ceremony rewrites close to date.

Provide accurate information about dates and times.

Providing necessary paper work to obtain legal marriage licence.

Organisation of venues, permissions, sound system, etc.

Additional fees for:
-Long-distance travel.
-Accommodation (if required).

Commitment to inclusive, respectful ceremonies with a right to refuse:
– Offensive or discriminatory content
– Agreement on tone and final script approval

Not responsible for:
– Weather
– Venue issues
– Third-party suppliers
– Limit of liability to amount paid

Permission to:
– Share ceremony photos/testimonials (optional opt-out clause)

Covers illness, travel disruption, extreme events.
